Marketing Research Report
Seven Syllables Coffee
Fall 2023
I spearheaded a comprehensive research initiative by conducting 20 in-depth customer interviews and adeptly moderated a 10-participant focus group.
This effort culminated in the development of a 40-question survey and the identification of six key findings supported by 60 figures, comprising various graphical representations such as simple tables, select filters, and cross-tabs.

Social Media Report

Fall 2023
In my Social Media Report, I dug into six months' worth of data using Instagram's Analytics feature. I checked things like how engaged our followers were, how many people we reached, the number of views our posts got, and the likes we received. From this data, I found six key recommendations.
These suggestions were aimed at improving our performance, getting more people interested, and making our social media presence stronger overall. This work highlighted the power of using data to make smarter decisions for our social media strategy.

Ideos Institute
Summer 2023
For my 4-month internship, I researched, compiled, and presented social media strategies for the non-profit, Ideos Institute.
From demographics insights to Thread vs. Twitter analysis, this report shapes digital strategy. Presented to the Ideos team, it guides their social media launch with SMART goals and practical metrics.
Tableau Project: Literacy and Human Trafficking Rates in the United States
Spring 2023
I utilized Tableau to craft four impactful data visualizations, which were based on comprehensive data sets I compiled and analyzed using Excel.
My analysis focused on literacy and human trafficking rates in the United States, and I was able to generate relevant statistics to support my findings. Along with the visualizations, I have also included a detailed report that outlines my data collection process and highlights the key insights I uncovered.

Focus Groups: Marketing Research & Analysis
Connecting Communities (CoCo)
Fall 2022
In November, I facilitated 3 focus groups at Biola University alongside my two other colleagues for their startup business, Connecting Communities (CoCo).
With 75 focus groups conducted overall, I organized student responses on a spreadsheet, noted any memorable data points, and presented key findings to my team.
Hydro Flask: Consumer Profile & Marketing Strategies
Fall 2022
I created three consumer profiles for the company Hydro Flask. The purpose was to discover their target market to inform their marketing decisions. Based on my research, I proposed three marketing strategies.

Lululemon: Financial Analysis & Recommendations
Fall 2022
My colleagues and I conducted a financial analysis on the company Lululemon. We reported and analyzed their financial structure, short & long-term condition, comparative performance with Under Armour, and ended with detailed recommendations to improve their financial performance.

Virtual Reality Medical Technology in Japan
Summer 2022
I analyzed Japan's economy and the virtual reality medical technology industry. With Japan's aging population and their mental health problems, VR showed a promising partnership to change the lives of many. ​

Fashion Retail Industry Target Market Project
Spring 2022
I interviewed 11 professionals in the industry and 44 customers in stores like H&M, Ross, and Fashion Q.
I discovered a niche in the market to create my own business. It includes thorough analysis on customer experience, pricing, placing, and promotion!

Spotify: SWOT Analysis
Fall 2021
My colleagues and I conducted an in-depth SWOT analysis for the company Spotify. We had the pleasure of presenting our research and suggesting detailed recommendations.
I was responsible for researching and presenting Spotify's opportunities.

This project taught me how to methodically discover the areas of growth and gaps in a company.
